Vatting 15 to 18 days with temperature control. Aged 10 to 12 months in oak barrels.
Tasting
Deep, sustained color with garnet highlights, showing many tears on the glass. Very good length on the palate, with aromas of red fruits, morello cherries and blackberries, finishing with a slight woody taste. Finishes with spicy laurel and juniper aromas.
Serving temperature
14° à 15°
Food & wine
Ideal with Tricastin truffle specialties. Also good with Provençal cuisine, grilled meats and cheese.
