Soil / Terroir
Alluvium and pebbles Wine-making Grapes destemmed, pneumatically pressed. Start of alcoholic fermentation in vats, then racking into new barrels, end of fermentation and ageing on fine lees with stirring for 5 to 6 months.
Tasting
Bright, limpid yellow color with golden highlights. Good aromatic intensity of vanilla with notes of exotic fruit. Fresh, supple and delicious on the palate.
Serving temperature
8°à 10°.
